Good food should come with better service. I felt uncomfortable weeks before an i gave it another try this time confirmed that I will not spend another dollar in that place. There's a million Jamaican restaurants in brooklyn and I will find one where the servers have manners an class.

Terrible customer service. Workers were not welcoming. EVERYONE was miserable. They served the food the same way like the customers were bothering them. Very unprofessional. Never want to eat here again. Didn't even enjoy my food because it was not served with love. Regret spending my money. Management need to retrain staff or find more pleasant workers to serve people. Nasty set of people.

Went there for salt fish there’s no salt fish inside of the flutter very doughy bread. The portions are small. They really need to rethink their recipes. The food is old .

i tried the curry goat with rice & peas. i liked it a lot although it felt like a lot more bones than normal. i’d recommend going early for soup, because at the end of the day they’re just selling you broth (although i was warned it would be all broth). it’s extremely hot inside as well. overall, i’d recommend the curry goat!

I've had the Stew Pork and Jerk Pork at this restaurant multiple times, and each time, it tasted as if they were trying to soften old pork by soaking it in gravy. I gave it another chance on Mother's Day, but it was tough to chew and ended up being completely disappointing.

How dumb are you to mix brown stew fish with gravy and now the salad is saggy like you’re feeding a pig?. Don’t waste your time or money going here. Chicken is raw and smelly. These people can’t cook. They are definitely FAKE JAMAICANS.

This restaurant has been my favorite spot for over a year now! Although there have been some long delivery times, I’ve noticed they’ve improved a lot lately. The food always tastes fresh and delicious. I do wish the portions were a bit bigger, but hey, given the way things are these days, I can’t complain too much! They consistently go above and beyond my expectations. I love ordering delivery and also dining in. Their chicken is simply the juiciest, and my absolute favorite is the jerk chicken!
Tonight, I ordered two chicken soups, and even though they ran out of meat, they didn't just send me plain soup. Instead, they gave me two delicious platters of chicken and included a lovely note apologizing for the mix-up! Honestly, I’ve been to places where you’d just get a bowl of broth, so this was such a nice surprise. They really are generous and thoughtful! 💕

Jerk chicken used to be the best...but not anymore won't be going back there again..looks like they cooking the bottom of the chicken and selling that to people definitely not leg and thigh quarters cut up.NASTY

This establishment normally have good food. Decided to go and order jerk chicken. There was a tall lightskin lady taking orders. All I did was ask for the price of the size of jerk chicken I wanted and she got upset. She is very rude and nasty. Her customer service skills are horrible...if you can't treat customers nice then find a new job!

This Caribbean restaurant is an excellent restaurant with lots of food & drinks to choose from. I've been eating food from this location since I was 16 and it has always been good. I've tried about 60% of their dishes and they're all delicious.
I think the negative reviews on here has come from local competitors in the area who cannot compete in the kitchen so they are cheating online.
