Dirty unsanitary place with sticky floor. Food is very mediocre. I ordered mango curry and mango drink. I paid 21 dollars and 30 cents for it. When I paid I gave 40 dollars and asked the waiter, who apparently is the owner of the establishment, to give me 15 dollars change, then he asked for another dollar as a tip. He said that with a bill of 21 dollars I should leave 5 dollars as a tip. Of course I added it, but I was very surprised by such a statement. Moreover, we did not experience an excess of attention.

I seriously don’t know what they’re talking about in the bad reviews, it’s extremely hospitable. The chicken biryani was bomb.

A no-frills neighborhood Indian restaurant. The curries were acceptable but nothing too special. Probably a better place to order from and enjoy at home rather than sitting in the restaurant.

The food is really good. And it's a really fair price considering the amount they give you.

This is where I go when I want to treat myself to an excellent meal-- the food is always amazingly seasoned and delicious. The restaurant is cozy and the servers are very pleasant, and when I order takeout, the order is always correct, prepared quickly, and packaged very well.

Probably some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had in my life. The most tender and juicy chicken and lamb I’ve had in a very long time. The service was amazing as well. I definitely will be back soon.!

I've dined here for years, both take out and in person. It's simply delicious. My faves are the tikka masala, korma, and biriyani. Sometimes I even jump in for a quick mango lassi to go!

A gift to Bay Ridge.

Been going here for a year so I can give a proper review. Food is too inconsistent and they do not answer questions about their food containing nuts properly. Owner or manager is incredibly rude. Constantly gaslighting about incorrect orders. Go here if you want to play roulette with your order. Picture here of the biryani with “no raisins or almonds”.

I wish I could give them a zero. We waited an hour and a half for delivery and then the order was canceled after it was too late to find an alternative. Completely unreliable.

Lived in India for 19 years and can tell you this place is horrible. The paratha was horrible and the chilli chicken curry was just water chicken and 2 chilies. The naan was good, but I will never go here again. What a sad way to portray amazing Indian food.

Loved the food here, the service was satisfactory. There's street parking 500 feet away as well as paid parking in the front of the restaurant.

We ordered few months ago at Bombay grill and it was good ..so we decided to try again tonight .. my husband got the mixed grill and he like it .. I ordered veg samosas and it tastes bland and like mush inside.. the peas and potatoes were mashed to death .. the sauces that you put on top looked like ( onions ) it just came from another table ( was eaten from)
The motar paneer ( I’m not sure how to spell it ) was more like a dessert.. too much heavy cream and too sweet from coconut milk .. and it was cold .. so this place is inconsistent
And it’s sad .. not worth the trip
