They have great Haitian Pattie’s. Ate the beef and herring patties and they were flaky and full of tasty well favored meat. The griot is nicely favored along with the legumes. The service is friendly in a nice clean spot. Get the mais and the sauce pois to help flavor the rice. Overall a great experience and I’ll be back.

Went for capuchino, they were out regular milk, then they made it with almond milk, just warm the milk and they hand it to me and I ask what's this just half off cup warm milk, can't even heat the milk to make foam on top, they answer was we are out of almond milk as well ,all I want it to heat the milk to create a foam they didn't know how to do that and just walk out ...

The Anba Tonel Group is offering a one-of-a-kind experience within the Haitian community. In one spot, you’re able to get cafè staples (including great hot chocolate), popular entrees at Tonel To Go, and event space!

I placed a delivery order for an event and not only the guy came 45 min late and told me 10 min, he showed up with the food with no serving utensils or utensils for people to eat with just a sorry comment. I will never request service for them anymore.

I’m all for supporting Haitian businesses and I have been looking for a bakery closer to me then la baguette. I ordered the Haitian patty and they give it to you in a little thin clear bag so it’s kind of like you have to eat it on the spot or it will be cold by the time you get to your car. Anyways I was hoping to be blown away but the patty was basically empty. You end up eating more dough than meat not fulfilling at all.

Extremely sweet staff. I needed somewhere to sit out of the wind while I waited on a lock smith and they were very kind.Beautiful space and the food was great

I made a quick stop here and it was a lucky move. Super nice people and a comfortable environment. Their patties are so good. Not very hefty but that's fair for $2. Little spice, lotta flavor, and made with love. Fish patty was my favorite.

I’ve only tried a few items on the menu and will say the patties were authentic and are made really well considering the flaky crust. I also appreciated that they have Haitian spicy peanut butter although not for me. Lastly, and hopefully management can take this as feedback given most reviews point to the place being dark, if they can introduce outdoor dining (bistro style), less graphics on the window, and a large visible menu outdoors this may help the appeal.
