Bonchon Willoughby St never disappoints. The chicken was perfectly crispy, flavorful, and cooked fresh to order. Service was fast and friendly, and the staff made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and comfortable — perfect for dining in or taking out. Definitely one of my go-to spots in Brooklyn for Korean fried chicken. Highly recommend!
Was thoroughly disappointed with staff and facility. I’d ordered and tipped ahead of time because I was on my way to an event and I needed to eat quickly. Order took 30 minutes. Had come from midtown and still had to wait after arriving. And the staff would not let me eat there even though more than half of the seats were empty, and I sat away from other patrons. No manager on site to resolve issues. Unprofessional and arbitrary rules. I offered to buy a drink, and they still refused to let me eat what I had already ordered and paid for. At night, with rain outdoors, and with so many seats open, there should’ve been some flexibility.
Very overrated chicken. They don't clean the fat, so although the batter is crispy and flavorful, you end up tasting the fat they didn't clean. The drums were different, they were ok, not what I expected but the flavor is good. Probably better off with the boneless chicken option. SUPER OVER PRICED. The Bulgogi was good, a little too sweet for my liking because eye don't add sugar to my food.

Initially I thought they were only located in the Queens Terminal Mall. That’s where I first heard of them. Anyways. I got my usual Bulgogi fried rice and a side of 8 piece chicken in the Soy Garlic flavor. It was amazing like always. It’s quite affordable in my opinion. The service however is meh. I had to yell to get their attention…. I don’t like that. Besides that I will always love Bonchon

This was my 3rd time ordering at this location. I ordered online and had to wait an additional 40 minutes beyond the pickup time I was given. The hostess did provide complimentary mango and lychee iced tea for myself and my aunt while we waited. While it took extra time for our order and luckily we didn't have time constraints, it would have been nice if we had been given a realistic pickup time. Despite the delay our order was delicious as expected.
