Had a fantastic time at Boro Brine. We had no res but were immediately seated at the bar. The drinks were great. The fish filet was definitely worth the hype. We loved the persimmon donut. Service was attentive without being overbearing. We’d definitely come back again.

I loved dining at Boro Brine! Delicious food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's hard to pick a favorite -- I enjoyed the focaccia, amberjack, fish fillet ... and of course can't forget about the dessert! 😊

Oh! You HAVE to try the steamers. 😋👏🏼

Everything about this restaurant was perfection! Our server was amazing - every single dish was incredible! I’m still thinking about all of the amazing food. This will be the place I’m taking all of my family and friends who are visiting. The tomato-tini is a must along with the focaccia and fillet sandwich. Also the date coffee cake?! Delicious!

Very disappointed in most of the dishes. The lobster pot pie was the best dish, but everything else seemed a bit off - chewy, cold bits so it seemed like different parts of each dish were prepared well in advance almost stale

Best, most delicious elevated new restaurant we’ve been to in months. The place opened last Oct. Very unique counter seating experience - we loved watching the chefs work and learning the origin of each dish. Had the focaccia, tuna carpaccio, fish fillet sandwich, lobster pot pie, and date cake. There were no “favorites” because every dish was 🔥🔥🔥. Lastly the meal was also terrific value for how elevated each dish was. Would absolutely come back. Very excited about this restaurant addition in Williamsburg

10/10 experience! Chef Mark created such an amazing menu. We got the tasting menu ($98) and added the wine pairing. The wine pairing came with a cocktail and 4 wines for $65 which is great value. Omar explained all the wines so well and explained why they complimented the food. My favorite course was the Kinmedai, the broth was insane. Everything was so well thought out and I left feeling perfectly full. If you love fish you gotta try it!

My gf and I went here for a date night. We sat at the chef’s counter and throughly
enjoyed the 7 course meal. Top to bottom each course was creative and flavorful, meticulously crafted, and well proportioned. The ambiance mirrored that of a family kickback with a groovy playlist that kept the energy light yet soulful. Chef Mark is the truth. Highly recommend !

Absolutely loved Boro Brine! They accommodated us right before last call and did not rush us at all, the service was excellent and the experience was elevated without feeling stuffy. Everything we ordered was delicious, highlights of the night were the wagyu tartare and the sticky toffee date pudding. Also loved the ambience and playlist. Will absolutely be back!

Each dish was cooked well and actually decently portioned for small plates - the focaccia and lobster pot pie in particular were delicious, and I loved the tomato martini. However, I would probably recommend dining at the “Chef’s Counter” over the dining room as the experience seems overall slightly better and more upscale. We were sat by the window in the dining room and it was not very well insulated given the cold temperatures, but was a nice vibe for drinks and bites.

We came here with a group of 4 and it was excellent! Drinks, vibe, and food are all awesome. Some standouts were the focaccia, fish filet, and wagyu steak. Also don’t sleep on dessert, the date cake was great as well! We will definitely be back again!
