I’m not sure they are really still in business. 4pm in the afternoon on a Monday, no menu, no pot pies, no sides, and barely any chicken. It was super weird.

Food was dry and expensive. Not the same Boston Market I grew up enjoying. They didn't take card at the time either. Chicken was dry. Sweet potato wad disgusting. Gravy watery. Cornbread tast horrible. Never will order here again.

I ordered a family meal for 4 on uber eats. Immediately after placing the order my account was charged $50.62. In that same breath the app said “the store is closing within one minute so they cannot accept the order. Cool. Then the app tells me I cannot receive a refund because they already started preparing the order. Basically saying I cancelled it.Huh? Meanwhile the restaurant doesn’t close for an hour. Why would I cancel an order that large knowing I would get charged? How would a restaurant start preparing an order within one second of receiving it ?The uber rep and my friend both tried calling the restaurant and no one picked up. As someone who worked in food service I fully believe the restaurant accepted the order, pressed preparing immediately, cancelled the order, and then stopped picking up the phone. This is a scam and I hold this restaurant responsible.

The food stinked they soup had no flavor and they used old chicken Mac and cheese noodles were overcooked and watery and they served old chicken this is not what Boston market I used to go to it’s horrible now

I decided to buy Boston Market for my family today at this location on Ralph Avenue. My family once loved the drops from here. Today I purchased a meal for 4 all white meat (chicken was wet and gewy I had to place it back into the oven only to taste it and it have no taste) My sides were Mac and Cheese (watery noodles over cooked just nasty), corn (no taste), mash potatoes ( no taste), sweet potatoes (watery). WHAT HAPPENED. I spent $50.00 here and my family could not eat it. This is not what Boston Market taste like. Hire back your old chef please and thank you. Horrible. Just horrible.
