Order from here through UberEats and will never order again. Don't understand how with words right in front of you, you still get an order WRONG! 3 out of 4 orders had incorrect sides. If it were a matter of they didn't have what was requested a phone call could have simply been made to notify and ask what WE wanted as apposed to giving whatever the hell they wanted. Even contacted Uber, sent pictures and they did nothing.The chicken was bland, sweet potato casserole watery, and macaroni (we did not ask for) was dry and cheese sauce bland. How does something dry and cold taste watered down? Meatloaf my dad said was super sweet like they put too much sugar in it. Was not good at all waste of money.

I couldn't even finish my "meal" the food quality was so poor. Half chicken with macaroniand cheese, rice and a brownie for dessert. I couldn't finish a single one of those items.

Very disappointed with the food. I ordered a meal and 2 extra sides. The food was cold. The 2 extra sides I ordered, was put in the microwave and the 2 sides order were still cold after I left the restaurant. When I went back, to get my money back, She told me I can exchange it for something else. I don't want the food, it's cold and I can get very sick. I will never go back to any Boston Market.

The person who runs this restaurant is dedicated to deceiving people. I brought him a very heavy delivery to this location from very far away (everything was perfect and correct) and after I delivered the order he significantly reduced the tip he had put in the app to place the order. It's unfortunate how these people take advantage of other people by tricking them to save a couple of dollars. They do it to deceive the drivers and that they are going to deliver this “for a good payment” and when they deliver their order they remove the tip. what a shame these people

Not allowed to dine in at 5pm after purchasing a family meal for 6 even though the restaurant doesn't close until 8pm
Gone here several times basically for the ribs. And the last 3 times they didn't have any. Stated no delivery. Also the 3 visits were not right behind each other. There were weeks between and still No Ribs. Disappointed.Parking: Parking is always available

No more menus so you have no idea what meals are and what the prices are, and the employees are not helpful. The chicken tasted good but the portion was tiny. Rice was bland. The employees did not want to be there or interact with customers.
