Love it here. Employees are so nice and always make my matcha right. Also best black cold brew in the area. The only thing I wished it had more gluten-free pastries. Overall 10/10

The customer service is horrible. Every time I go in there they treat you with disrespect and like you’re asking them for a favor, is like they don’t want you there. I live a block away and prefer to walk to another place than coming back there again. Their coffee is mid and pastries seem old.

Amazing coffee shop in BedStuy. I get the iced matcha latte with almond milk (add 2-3 brown sugar cubes) and I semi-crush the cubes. The matcha is prepared to each order and tastes amazing.

They serve coffee in broken cups. Be careful when taking it out.
devocion is the coffee so it’s automatic five star. the hot coffee cups leak pretty badly so be careful. all the pastries are absolutely bussin. and the staff is very nice and attentive. don’t expect to have a nice coffee with your mom and just chat like you could fifteen years ago, this is a workspace for aspiring locals that refuse to go work at a library. just a bunch of fake locals.

unfortunately the atmosphere is tense and awkwardly quiet. As someone who works in the service industry, there's room for improvement in terms of customer service. Coff is mid. Barista didn't know how to froth milk & was rude :/ at least do ur job well if u gon be passive aggressive.

I waited to visit this place 3 times before writing a review. The first time we dined in and the last two times we took the coffee to go. The place is small and quaint with seating which can pose as a great place to have your morning coffee. However, the customer service is terrible. When you enter, no one even looks in your direction to greet you with a good morning or even so much as a friendly gaze. Everyone sits around awkwardly waiting for their coffee order to be called because the staff doesn’t say much nor do they tell you to have a seat while you wait or encourage you explore the small items around the shop. The energy is just not inviting, the coffee is decent (which is why we tried 3 times, hoping to feel differently) but it’s a no go moving forward.
