I went to this place with some friends, that they told me that was a good japanese place to eat.
The atmosphere was nice, soft lights and quite environment.
About food I was not so impressed, I don't know if I take the wrong dish but was nothing special.
Not bad but my aspettation was much more. I don't think if I go back, there are so many places to try.

Took me forever to check Bozu out despite having lived in the area for a long time. It's become one of my favorite places and go here regularly. The staff is super welcoming and friendly and everything on the menu has been great. Hope it keeps being excellent for years.

SO delicious and fresh!! The flavor combos are great and the service is excellent too. My favorite sushi restaurant hands down.
DELICIOUS and super unique spot. great cocktails, great atmosphere. the pork betty is insane & also loved the house made shumai (steamed) the bozu bombs are so much fun, so come with friends and order a bunch. service was fine, but everything else deserves a strong 5 stars. i'd love to sit at the sushi bar next

I’m disappointed and disgusted with our experience tonight at Bozu but mostly with the customer service we received. Not only was our food cold and our drink orders were incorrect but then our waitress had the audacity to complain about the tip she received. Tipping is based on service and it was terrible! She should be grateful she even got a tip in the first place- how dare you!! Don’t complain when you can’t even do your job correctly. I will never ever dine at this restaurant again and won’t ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would- despicable!

We chose this restaurant based on the reviews and reports. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. It's not the first time I've eaten New York sushi and the price-performance ratio here was underground. The food itself was okay but nothing special. Even minor adjustments to the food are not possible.But the service was much worse. During the meal she clears away napkins and so on. Water was refilled once for one person and the rest were ignored. The starter was ice cold. Sprite was served instead of Coke. When we asked for the Coke we were asked if we wanted to drink the Sprite instead. I'm happy to tip if the service is good, but people here complained that it wasn't enough.Disgraceful behavior that deserves 0 stars. I will give this restaurant a wide berth.Fortunately, there are many other sushi restaurants in New York with great food and service so I never have to eat there again.
