This is the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I came in during brunch expecting a nice meal and some mimosas. When I unraveled my silverware I was greeted with this dirty, old, crusty, disgusting fork on top of my knife………………I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE GROSSED OUT IN MY LIFE! This is not only unacceptable but a real shame to see this come from a black owned business of all places. The manager Fred only offered me a complimentary meal even though I came with two other people who had to be witness to this dirty, crusty fork. He didn’t seem sympathetic or like he actually cared to be honest (this place must be used to this standard of filth in this establishment) This experience has traumatized me so bad that I will not be eating out for awhile……..I am extremely disappointed and grossed out.

I don’t know what’s going on but this used to be my favorite spot I feel like they about to go out of business…half the food is gone and the portions are becoming more scarce but prices going up I shouldn’t have oxtail shavings for oxtail Mac n cheese ??‍?

It took my waitress an entire hour to bring me simple water off of the walk in , everybody got food with no beverage. I guess since the gratuity is already included we don’t get the servers best .

Had a great, calm Sunday Brunch at Breuklyn Tequila and Taco bar. The service was quick and friendly. We each had chicken and waffles. The food was sooooooooo good. Please stop in. You won't be disapointed.

These people don’t pay their workers they lie and steal from their employees! 3 months and no pay just bounce checks for insufficient funds and then they ignore us. Weeks and weeks no pay then they steal the tips from the employees. Don’t support this mess. God will handle the rest along with the law!

This place was definitely a vibe, good, music, good food, and the service was great as well. The bartender was awesome as well.
The whole restaurant was having sing alongs. I'm definitely going back !

Overall I loved this place despite some smaller issues. Let's get issues out the way. The place was hot! When we arrived they didn't have any AC on and we had to ask them twice to turn it on. It remains pretty warm the entire time. They have their menus on IPads which is so extra. After we ordered some food the took it away so we didnt get a chance to order more. I guess they needed them for the other guests. Service was really good. They had like 2 people and our girl did her best. Wish I could remember her name but she was sweet.

Now for the good! Aesthetically the place was cute. Really instagramable. Flowers and lights everywhere. They played music, a bit too loud for me but I guess they wanted a party vibe. It was kind of hard to hear my friends though.

The drinks were just good in taste but stong as hell! I loved the Art Basil and I recommend it.

The oxtail Mac and cheese was my favorite!!!! So delicious! We also got the shrimp plants and oxtail empanadas; also amazing! 10/10 would get them again!! Skip the jerk Mac and cheese, it had no flavor unfortunately.

Overall, I would return! I recommend this spot.

I can’t lie the food is great very aesthetically pretty place but the service is very very terrible. The server is bringing the food over our shoulders rather than the open space have to hunt down the waiter for help. On a slow Wednesday took over 20 minutes to bring drinks. Server were running to change songs It was prompted to be karaoke night but it was a SoundCloud mix no dj service was bad . The server gonna beg for tip to be via cashapp. Hookah and the food savior of the night

They had us listening to a recorded DJ set from a long time ago. The oxtail mac & cheese was really salty. Anything with the oxtail was really salty. And there was only one server last night so everything took forever.

I order the lamb chops medium. They were well done and cold.. It was supposed to come with garlic mashed potatoes, but the restaurant didn't have any.. The food was actually good if it was hot. The crowd is young ..Hookahs and such if that's your thing. We made reservations, and we were never asked if we had any, the back was crowded, so we wound up sitting in the front by the bar.
