Güllüoglu Cafe&Bakery

There are no words to express my happiness when I visit this cafe. Their Turkish coffee with baklava is one of my favorite combos. I always recommend my friends and others come and try at least one of their desserts. Best Turkish cafe in New York !

I had the best experience in this cafe . The staff was so kind and friendly. Especially , I liked their dessert , was not too sweet . I definitely will try to come here more often !

I had one of the worst shopping experiences here. I returned my purchase, but the store never issued my refund. I feel scammed, and customer service has been unhelpful. Be careful shopping here

I ordered baklava and other sweets with a friend. While eating a pistachio roll, I realized it tasted moldy. My friend checked hers and found one piece was visibly moldy after she had already eaten another.

We returned the entire plate, including untouched pieces, but the staff only offered a refund for the visibly moldy one, with no apology, and still tried to charge us for the rest. Other establishments would waive the whole bill, just saying!

Serving moldy food is a serious health risk, and the lack of accountability was unacceptable. I will not return and am filing a Food Safety complaint with the city.

Very bad service. Service people just working and not noticing you. Have to wait 20 minutes to get cake. Services people are very rude

Awesome cakes. We ordered two.
Delicious coffee.
Great atmosphere.

The presence was overshadowed by the fact that we were not allowed to finish the cake we brought with us. I understand if we hadn’t placed an order and eaten our own food.

The waiter girl said that if they see on the cameras that we are eating our food, she will be punished. I advise the owners to reconsider their relationship with customers. Next time I’ll bring a cake with me and make an order. If the situation happens again, I’ll give the lowest marks and correct the review.

The desserts here are simply perfect fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The café combines a lively street atmosphere with a refined and cozy interior, creating the ideal setting to relax and enjoy your time. On top of that, the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A truly wonderful place that I would highly recommend!
