Super fun bar. They have a ton of board games you can just hang out and play on a date or with friends. When showing dates around Bushwick, I always take them here. It's a nice place to relax as it's really big and inviting. No pretentiousness here. There's a big gaming area where you can reserve a space to game. There's competitions and tournaments with magic the gathering and they do d and d too.

Such a fun place to go for a date night, girls/guys night out, or even to go alone! Brooklan is a chill spot to go when you want to place games. They have such a wide variety of games. From board games to console to PC. You name it they most likely have it. The vibes are always on 100 from the music to their staff! If you want to chill and play your games you can and then when it gets late if you want to vibe out to music and dance you can! The drinks and food were good! It is on the pricey side, but it does the job! To go in a play games isn't pricey. For 5 hours is $20 and for a day pass it's $25! I have been a few times and what I really appreciated was them adding the time you didn't use to your account. So the next time you come you'll have time to play from the previous visit if you didn't use it all! If you've ever been to coexist this is similar, but soooo much better!

This place is awesome! From the amazing video game themed cocktails to the awesome service I’m really happy to have gone out of way to check out BrookLAN. It’s a little out there if you’re a first time visitor to NY like me but it’s well worth going and checking out. Shoutout to the bartenders and the cook, fantastic place all around.

I would recommend grabbing the chicken tenders with the spicy mayo.The owner and staff are very accommodating. Prices for food and computer time are very reasonable. Would highly recommend for any local gamers!

TLDR:BrookLAN reinvents the old school internet cafe with a modern spin including a team room, board games, card games (like UNO), esports competitions and stream rooms.Also a unique spot to grab drinks with friends as it has a full bar and a selection of bar food if you're hungry. Everything is reasonably priced and the staff is super friendly. Overall a great place to hang with friends or even a unique third or fourth date!

The headsets are kinda garbage, and the other people playing are constantly screaming at teammates or raging unchecked. The music is too loud. So if you're trying to actually play comp, gain rank, or hear callouts it's not the environment.if you're just trying to game with some friends, it's fine, though.
