i have found a true gem in east williamsburg💎 this cafe offers the SMOOTHEST matcha latte 🍵 i have had in my life. microfoam is microfoaming hard. the default version is sweetened. so you have to order unsweetened if that is your preference.
i also tried kombu (seaweed) onigiri 🍙 the rice to filling ratio is a bit off (too much rice more my liking). kombu filling is perfectly seasoned, combining sweet and savory flavors. seaweed wrap is really soggy...

Strawberry Matcha is the best one I’ve ever had! I would attach a photo, but I devoured it immediately. Perfect sweetness of strawberries, great quality matcha, and there was 2 strawberry pocky’s inside 🤩 Salmon Onigiri was so yummy. def will be going back

I really liked the spicy salmon. I think it had mustard in it which was actually a nice surprise.
