We had Brooklyn Beef N’ Cheese’s Food Truck at our house for a surprise birthday party and I cannot rave enough about the food, service, professionalism of Jesse and the whole Brooklyn Beef N’ Cheese team!
The food was AMAZING- from their home made chips and dip on the tables to the passed entrees (slides, pulled pork and cornbread, rice balls, BLT bites, and so many more) and finally the carving brisket station 😍😍!!
Also must add that the service was also top notch! Jesse coordinated with us months in advanced- came and walked through the space to help with set and flow of the party, work and revised the menu as many times as we wanted, came early to ensure food was coming out as soon as the party began! And all of the girls/servers were truly so fun and bubbly and truly brought up the overall vibe of the party!!
At the end of the night the whole Brooklyn Beef N’ Cheese team was able to stay an extra hour and half because they wanted to make our party extra special!
Cannot recommend enough! If you are on the fence, just book them! You will be so happy and getting texts for days from your guests saying they are now having beef N’ cheese dreams at night haha!

I recently checked out this spot and had a pretty interesting experience. Let’s start with the standout: the corn nuggets. These little bites of joy were amazing. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside, and paired with the spicy honey—absolute chef’s kiss. I could’ve easily devoured another round of those! As for the turkey chopped cheese, it was alright. It wasn’t bad by any means, but I felt like it missed a little something. Next time, I’ll probably try the beef and cheese instead, as I’ve heard that might hit the spot better. On the service side, I had a great experience with the cashier, Lisa. She was super down-to-earth and genuinely cool. She took the time to walk me through the menu, gave her honest opinions about what I should try, and was just overall friendly. It's always a bonus when the staff is as chill as the food is.
All in all, I’ll definitely be back—next time, I’m going for the beef!

Great place for a bite on a calm midweek afternoon. Spicy Beef Cheesesteak was excellent, nice balance to the spicy and savory flavors. The chips were great too. Definitely will be back.

Ordered this via takeout and it was really good! BUT I would have to agree with the majority of reviews that they just don’t use enough cheese. Not sure if they’re using shredded and just chopping it into the meat, if so it’s definitely not enough. Maybe just add the slices after the chopping so customers know cheese was added and they get that cheesy melt factor as well.

We had a nice experience. We are visiting from CA and I was feigning for a cheesesteak. I'm originally from New England and our steak n cheese "grinders" are made differently. But the chef was very accommodating and she made the sandwich the way I 'needed' before heading to the airport. I am now happy.

Decided to try this for the first time. Hardly no meat on the chopped cheese,tater tots had way to much salt, the regular spicy Philly cheese was decent. Burger was ok,wings were not bad better than I expected. The bread is the not that good,change your bread you will do so much better.... Save your money,not worth it. Ordered $80.00.take out. They forgot my corn fritters also. Been to Philly over 100 times. No where near a Philly cheese steak. Place could really be good with some changes,100% Don't think I'll be going back I can make it myself and save $50.00. Should have named it Brooklyn Wings,cause the beef ain't that good. Good luck.
