It was a great pleasure to have been to this venue to celebrate my 44th birthday. It was the two of us my mother and I and we had a great time. Music was wonderful. Food was delicious. The vibes well are all there.!!!

Ok, this was our first time here, and I must tell you the drinks were good. The food starts with the wings and fries, then next to the red velvet chicken and waffles omg. My friend had the Mac and cheese with oxtails..got damn it was good. This place is definitely worth visiting. We shall be back, that's for sure. Yes, the atmosphere is relaxing and worthy.

The 3.7 rating for this place is NOT ACCURATE!! I stumbled on Brooklyn Beso walking in the rain on my way to meet friends. I needed to kill time so I stopped for a drink. This place RULES. Vibes—immaculate. Service—top notch and super friendly + welcoming. It was happy hour so I took advantage of their drink special (shot of rum and a Red Stripe) and ordered a side of fries. Everything was fantastic and I can’t wait to come back!!

Utensils and glassware were dirty! When asked to replace they brought a glass with a previous patrons lipstick and previous drinks. Our water was tap. Our food was served 20 minutes after our arrival but in a party of 5, each of us was served our dishes in 10 minute intervals of cold food. The wait staff was pleasant but were more accommodating to the Birthday Brunch than the other patrons. DJ was great but my family and I will not return.

When requested to have tip removed from the check, the manager asked why, when told, he was more concerned with the 'inconvenience' of having to ring up the check again, minus the tip, which shouldn’t been added in the first place! If you want tips, train your waiting staff and manager to take better care of your customers and improve food quality! Music too loud for a restaurant, more like bar music The only good thing was the drinks.
Vegetarian options: Only two options and they didn’t look good.
While our waiter was nice the service was beyond slow. We waited to have someone come greet us once seated and to take our order. Drinks came within a reasonable timeframe; however, the same can’t be said for the food. I ordered the jerk chicken pasta, my friends ordered plain chicken wings, chicken tacos, and the lamb chops. My pasta and friend’s tacos came out at the same time. I asked a waitress if she would check on my friend’s order as the food for myself and one other person came out about 10/15 minutes before, the woman rudely informed me they were working on it before walking away from the table. A little while after the wings were brought to the table and about 5 minutes later the lamb chops finally arrived. While the drinks were good and the food was decent I will NEVER return!
