I got the Pulsaki omelette and a drip. Probably the best basic omelette I’ve had in the US, well-seasoned with fresh cracked pepper and fresh onions and spinach. Coffee not bad either.👌

We came in for the weekend from Massachusetts and found Bklyn Blend on a quick Google search in walking distance. The staff was so warm and the energy in the space was relaxed but bumpin for a Sunday morning. You can see all the fresh ingredients they use and that the staff really takes pride in what they're serving! Which they should everything was delicious 10/10. After relocating from a window seat to the bar we ended up chatting and being served by Josh. He was AMAZING! Friendly, silly, warm and very generous with little smoothie samples from extras and an iced coffee I'm assuming was a mismake for another customer. Truly a gem of a human. Tens across for Bklyn blend. We will definitely be back next time we are in for a visit!!
