Pretty cool spot! Outside area was chill!
Great venue with multiple bars, a bowling alley, and large bathrooms. Sound was great wherever you were and tvs broadcasted the concert throughout the venue. Might've been the band but the stage was very minimal with decent lights
Super nice place. Went there for a guitar concert, drinks were OK.Have not tried the food, but the place looked clean. Also, noisy 😋
Nice dance floor, kind of loud with the bowling alleys but manageable. Great options for events.
The food was absolutely amazing. I've had their coats greens and their chicken, or is exemplary. The live music is a plus too have something to dance to and entertain you if you don't want to bowl. The charge you by the hour, not the amount of games you bowl and it is rather expensive. But the atmosphere is really cool and a great place to go with some friends to let your hair down.
Really enjoyed this venue!! Saw Tokyo Police Club here for their farewell tour, and I was incredibly impressed by the event space! Venue staff is super kind and helpful, security is thorough, and everything was super clean and accessible. While we did not have a chance to try out the bowling, I could imagine it would be a great activity for those bands you "kind of" know, but not enough to wedge yourself in front of a big crowd. The bar also offered free water, which is a huge luxury as far as concert venues go! The bathrooms also stayed clean and tidy all night. I would definitely return to this venue, and hope to do so soon!
Fine venue and nice staff but really hate their constant use of AI art on all of the venue screens, promotions, posters, etc. It is always a bad vibe and mood killer, especially coming from a business entrenched in the arts.
My favorite venue in Philadelphia. Perfect size, great acoustics, always booking talented artists, friendly staff, and they don't oversell like The Fillmore next door. Have been here for dozens of shows and it's always an enjoyable night. Love this place.
Everything was amazing but the drinks are very expensive
Paid $22 for the worst DJ I've ever seen in my life. He didn't know how to mix songs, just let them play for the full 3 minutes before switching to another mediocre song. My Spotify is better than this guy. They also ended the event 1.5 hours earlier than the ticket said. We attended their 2010s dance party.
Please raise the quality of your events before charging absurd amounts of money for them.

Don't go on Saturday night unless you want to be forced to pay for tickets to a show you're not interested in. Also, don't bowl too efficiently, they will slow down the machines and seat people in your area if you are there to actually bowl and know how to keep the machines working. They actually reset one time anticipating my anticipation and I had to stop mid swing. They also seated a group twice our size next to us with plenty of other seats available, this was clearly a technique to slow us down to cause they don't want to pay to maintain their equipment I assume. It's meh.
Brooklyn bowl offers an interesting dichotomy. On one side of a large open space you have a bowling alley. Right behind that you have a bar. And to the left of it you have a large stage for live events. From the outside is very unassuming. Once indoors it's like a whole another world.
Definitely a full-sized bowling alley. A lot of fun and a lot of young energy. It was really cool to watch a live show with performers while people bowled in your peripheral vision. Every once in awhile when the music stopped I would hear the ball hitting the wood floor and then the pins being struck.
I don't drink, however I always like to buy food when I go to an establishment to help keep them in business. I ordered a chicken sandwich and french fries. Honestly the chicken sandwich didn't taste that flavorful. Wasn't well seasoned. The fries were very thin fries. Overall not my favorite meal from an establishment. It's probably good fair when it comes to bar food. This isn't a restaurant.
Overall my experience was good. I enjoyed the live entertainment. The bowling alley was really cool and the atmosphere was nice
It's terrible there adding tips on the bills automatically. Like really!!!
The place never seems to be open. I came by when online hours indicated it was open and it wasn't. The last few times I've tried to go, that has happened.
It's a great place (if pricey), I just can't get my head around when they actually operate.
Good shows sometimes but wow, they've gotten real corporate and douchey these past few years.
Bag check? YOU HAVE TO PAY CASH
Want a beer? YOU CAN'T PAY IN CASH -- CARDS ONLY. When you get the bill you see they charge $12 for their funky smelling drafts that come in a plastic cup.
Bartenders have zero personality.
DJ can't play half a song without mixing in a worse song.
