For a 20 dollar hero you would think that they would put some more meat Literally more lettuce than meat . I don’t know why they get so skimpy on portions. So disappointed as I am a regular here

$8 for a egg and cheese is crazy, first she charged me $4 and some change for it then said I owe her $4 more dollars because she heard the order wrong! I should’ve just went to Dunkin and got an egg and cheese for $4.50

When come to service Brooklyn Bread Cafe is absolutely the best, they are in a class above everyone else. I had a very large emergency order and needed it filled within an hour. I usually place my company order ahead of time but this was for an emergency meeting. The team at Brooklyn Bread Cafe made this so seamlessly easy and just outright surpassed my expectations. They are what we wise all service industry standards should live up to, they always find ways of satisfying each of their customers. Fantastic job, well done!

On a remote lot at Pier 11 and had fresh food delivered as I was not able to leave. The food was hot fresh and amazing. The sweet honey in the croissant added the perfect sweetness. The reuben was spectacular as well for lunch. Highly recommend!!

We ordered their sandwich platters. We were well informed throughout the process. They delivered to our event on time. Many thanks Brooklyn Bread staff!
I seriously recommend going elsewhere, food is underwhelming and staff is unhelpful and rude. The manager Vanessa, came out and refused to remake my food or offer refund. If I could rate zero stars I would :(

Great food, no-frills atmosphere. I order the BALT religiously, it's out of this world. The bagels are not true bagels, they are really bread that's been baked in the shape of a bagel - but they have a nice softness and are not as thick as a regular bagel, so you get more of the sandwich/filling.
The workers are really nice, too! Albeit sometimes somewhat inattentive.

DELICIOUS bagels! We ordered via Uber Eats to Bed-Stuy because of how good the ratings and pictures were. Everything was great, but the Green Eggs and Mozzarella (E17, we added grilled chicken) and the Nirvana (B4) were the winners. I think the pictures might not make them justice.
