Outstanding bakery. Their croissants are so buttery, and some of the best I’ve ever had. They are defiantly a softer bake than some other bakeries but to me they are perfect.

Smells amazing. NO gluten free options according to the baker I spoke with! Come on , yelp. Stop sending me around Brooklyn for nonexistent stuff.

We came with high expectations because it’s known as an award winning bakery. However the crossant was not crispy and crunchy for me. The pain au chocolat was better. Still, i t’s a decent bakery in the neighborhood.

This is hands down my favorite bakery in NYC. These recent one star reviews are clearly fake, bots, and/or a pathetic person(s) with a vendetta, which is really sad. Everyone who works there is always very friendly. They consistently make the best croissants, sourdough loafs, etc. and I think their baguette is the best I’ve ever had anywhere. I almost wish I hadn’t tried their puff brioche loaf, because I crave it constantly and am already too fat. Thank you, Brooklyn French Bakers.

A good French bakery located in Brooklyn, with real French bakers. I recommend it to lovers of good bread and pastries. Good value for money for NYC, friendly staff.

Fool me once one, shame on me. Fool me twice....I can't tell you how many times I've shown up and they have no bread. It's a bakery! That and the fact that they open late (9am on weekends).....I'm done with this place. A shame, because the baguettes are

Breads, cakes and pastries are amazing and bring us memories from France. Everything is made with love combining tradition and quality to elevate any meal!! I highly recommend either for a quick snack or to accompany any meal at home.

The croissants were a little more soggy than I was hoping, and the chocolate croissant had almost no chocolate inside as you can see from the photo. Gave us a laugh.

Given the hype around the croissant here, we were excited to try it, along with some other pastries. We went on the early side, so the space wasn’t crowded and there were plenty of croissants and other options to choose from. The croissant was dry and flavorless, especially compared to other options in the neighborhood - namely, Le French Tart on Court Street. The other pastries were ok, and the coffee was notably bad. Aside from the food being mediocre, the woman working there was unfriendly, if not rude. Because we went there with high expectations, the experience was a let down.
