It’s a very cute set up but food was average and they rushed us after less than 1.5 hours which doesn’t make sense for an afternoon tea sitting.
Always a great experience here! The staff is so lovely as are the offerings. I have taken several friends here for their first high tea experience and they became hooked! My suggestion is go all out. Get the most deluxe experience as it is well priced - under $100 per person. You can’t find a better deal. Personally I love sitting in the garden which has cozy blankets and heaters when it’s cold. I took off one star because I the sandwiches and deserts rotate and some I love while others I don’t.. but I still appreciate the variety and high quality!
Amazing service and tea selection, fresh and delicious food 😋
Excellent food, decor and hospitality – thank you!
Beautiful , eclectic setting. Very friendly service. The sandwiches were not the best. Tea was great.
This was a wonderful tea experience - the place is beautiful, so cozy and welcoming with comfy couches and lots of china decor. The staff were awesome and got me all set up even though I was very early for my reservation. The tea was amazing and the food was delicious - I could have spent all day there drinking tea with my daughter. Perfect!
Such wonderful service and atmosphere! It felt like having afternoon tea at a charming antique store. They time the brewing of the tea so that it's ready by the time of your reservation and the scones come out fresh from the oven. I'll definitely be back again on my next trip to nyc :)
Second time visiting and we loved it! They are so considerate and communicate well, the tea and food were delightful!
Such a cute spot! Delicious tea and yummy sandwiches and scones. The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. I sat in their enclosed, heated outdoor space and they offered cozy heated blankets as well! Such a great neighborhood find.
Had been here for the first time and we sat outdoors. Although the area is covered, there was no proper heating, they gave us blankets but it was freezing which made the experience very uncomfortable. We got the basic tea experience- earl gray and peppermint. It was served with 2 scones with clotted cream and jam and 4 different finger sandwiches, with interesting flavors. Tea was served with a side of milk and sugar but the milk was cold so the tea turned cold. The scones were hard as rock, warm scones would have been great especially as there was so little cooking involved, that was pretty basic. Sandwiches tasted good but again bread didn’t feel soft and fresh. The decor undoubtedly transported us to the UK but I wish more efforts had been put on the food prep than just the decor.
Taking another 2 stars off for the extremely rude reply of the owner which just reflects how you treat your customers. Reviews are meant for you to improve yourself not for being defensive and playing blame games. Thanks for your suggestion I don’t plan to visit this place anyway. Good luck running your business with that attitude. PS- kitchen was 5 steps away from our table, so justifying that the scones got cold before they reached us is incorrect.

Pricey. Not worth the cost IMO. Sandwiches were good, tea was limited and fine, desserts were meh.
Came with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. Everything was absolutely amazing. We sat in the back garden and despite the wintery weather, it was so cozy. The heaters and tea kept us warm. The staff were all so sweet and welcoming. All of us had a different flavor tea and not one disappointing choice. When our food came out, the delights continued. The scones were some of the best I’ve ever had, and was happy to see they served with real clotted cream. The jam and lemon curd was also delish. Our sandwich tier was so good. I don’t know if I can pick a favorite because they were all super tasty. And the dessert course was also just phenomenal. Not a bad bite in the whole tea service! I will absolutely be back!
It was very cute. I was in the outdoor seating they provided a heated blanket and the tea helped keep you warmed up. I was solo so I came with a book and it was cosey little time for me.
Brooklyn High Low offers such a charming afternoon tea experience!
The space is cozy with a beautiful vintage atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
The tea selection was excellent, with a great variety of flavors to choose from. The sandwiches and pastries were fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully presented.
The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the relaxed, intimate vibe. A perfect spot for a cozy and memorable afternoon tea in New York. ✨
Cute place in our neighborhood, good tea selection, good portion, friendly staff. We enjoyed our time there.
