I shoulda ordered two! I'd never heard of Czech-Tex or German-Tex cuisine before a few days ago, but I'm glad to have tried this nice sausage & cheese kolache today. I must admit I didn't love the matcha latte (not my kinda thing at the moment), but it was made w/ very much tender loving care. It also paired well w/ the delicate meat & cheese pastry!

Kolaches are good. Consistent, interesting flavors. Espresso drinks however are all over the place in quality. I’ve had good and bad to the point where I tend to skip the coffee here. This place has a cool atmosphere.
The food is amazing and the people are lovely. I’ve already been here several times. The only thing I didn’t like is that the Kolaches have reduced in size. I have bought here before and they used to be decent size. Now, although they are still really good, they have become tiny (see pic).

Could staff please stop giving out the wrong kolaches? Don’t love getting home and realizing again I’ve been given food I didn’t order, don’t like and won’t eat. Waste of time and money to go here if something so simple can’t be done. Just learn how to label guys can’t be that hard.

I had the wild blueberry sweet cheese Kolache with a coffee. May I say I haven’t had a Kolache before and may say the best taste. It was soft fluffy chewy buttery texture. The cheese was creamy and the blueberry’s fresh! Will be back!
