I shoulda ordered two! I'd never heard of Czech-Tex or German-Tex cuisine before a few days ago, but I'm glad to have tried this nice sausage & cheese kolache today. I must admit I didn't love the matcha latte (not my kinda thing at the moment), but it was made w/ very much tender loving care. It also paired well w/ the delicate meat & cheese pastry!
Kolaches are good. Consistent, interesting flavors. Espresso drinks however are all over the place in quality. I’ve had good and bad to the point where I tend to skip the coffee here. This place has a cool atmosphere.
The food is amazing and the people are lovely. I’ve already been here several times. The only thing I didn’t like is that the Kolaches have reduced in size. I have bought here before and they used to be decent size. Now, although they are still really good, they have become tiny (see pic).
