good place to do some work on laptop. wasn’t a fan of the music for a coffee shop (top 40 pop songs) but that’s just preference. coffee is just okay. i never really taste the syrup flavors.

Cute coffee spot on Flatbush Ave. unplanned, walked by for a quick drink. I can’t remember what I got but it was a flavored latte and doesn’t seem to show on the menu. I think it was Oreo? But I really don’t know. Anyway it was just okay. I didn’t taste the flavor at all.
I want to go back and try a classic flavor. Cute ambiance regardless. Great seats for working remotely. Will def be back.

Based purely on the coffee, this place is mediocre at best.
I continue to be surprised at how undiscerning most coffee consumers are. Perhaps it’s the Starbucks effect: dark roasted coffees that are bitter and boring, and require a large amount of additional flavors and/or sweeteners to make them palatable.
