This is probably the best bar in New York, and a i’ve been to far too many bars. Friendly bartender, cheap drinks, free pool table, B side movies, board games. The best part is there are dogs everywhere: on bar stools, at the front door, on benches, on tables, hanging from the ceiling, you name it. they all receive a milkbone with entry. They no longer have the taco stand but they do serve a sleeve of Ritz crackers with a can of Eazy Cheeze, and you are more than welcome to bring outside food. With no dearth of dining options in the area, I opted for a sandwich from the nearby green market, but Paulie Gs and Comptons are also less than a block away. On a Saturday afternoon, almost every demographic of person could be spotted here and each was welcomed and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Lively and a little bit loud but I was still able to read a book at the bar. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Great location. A grungy dive bar with great deals. Perfect for a pregame. Board games also available. Bartender was attentive. Good if you're in the area. Bar had a slight odd scent.

I used to do collections at this place in Yonkers and the bartender never remembered my name ever. I would be like, "Janice! It's me Vin and it's collection time!" Anyways, the bartender was so fried I'm not even sure she knows her own name.

The bar was really fun and the servers were nice. But they had a regular there with a very crazy dog.the dog owner continued to not keep her dog in check and would insult the other customers and wasn't reprimanded because she was a regular. If she isn't there it's 5 stars Also free pool

NOT LGBTQ FRIENDLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!That light skin guy with glasses that was a bartender was so disrespectful and not attendin us. We just sat down and he was saying something about the lgbtq individual that we had He discriminated us to the point where he kicked us out. I would not suggest this place for anyone looking for a night life club HE WAS SO RUDE AND I WOULD NEVER COME AGAIN . YOU SHOULD NEVER TOO!!!!!!!!

Basic dive bar in Greenpoint with booth seating, a couple tables outside, and a dog friendly atmosphere. Seemingly never all that crowded (been around at night and afternoon), though not dead either.Beers are $7 for draft, cocktails $8-9. Selection is not the most extensive but they have something for everybody. Inside they have a pool table that's free to use, which is a nice touch. No food to speak of, so best to bring something from the nearby spots.Only one bartender working and she does a great job. Can get stuffy inside during the hotter days, which is something to keep in mind when ordering drinks
Fantastic beer and shot specials. Wonderful music, vibe, service. They have an ATM, pool table, and lots of seating at the bar. Lots of drink options and worth checking out. Prices are reasonable and the experience is priceless.

Wish I had come on here and seen the review from April before I stopped into this place. I too got insane bug bites here, possibly from the pool table. Doctors told me they weren't bed bugs (thank god) but I had to go on steroids for the allergic reaction to whatever tf is lurking. Someone here is dropping the ball on sanitation. Cool spot but not worth it :(
