Hero's are fire (especially the sesame seed bread). Best sub in the area. The guy behind the counter is quick and efficient. Love this place

The accompanying golden fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully fluffy on the inside, offering a satisfying contrast to the main attraction. A side of their homemade dipping sauce elevated the fry experience to new heights.

Great quality hot deli food breakfast and lunch items. They use name brand cold cuts, Boar's head. Also there bagels, rolls, and hero bread are always fresh and soft. Very clean store. They take pride in keeping the entrance mopped and presentable. Their counter people are pleasant. Keep up the great work, Brooklyn Subs. ??

Delicious sandwiches, fast service, good people, very clean, and great beer selection.

Pretty good, wish they had more options for bread choices.

Decent sandwich shop. Sometimes it gets super busy tho and the wait can get pretty long.

Good spot if you are in the mood for a late night sub. Only down side is that they shut off the grill early on weekdays so you can't get a hot sandwich after 8:00 on a weekday. Be sure to get the hoagie bread and not on a roll.

A good place to grab eggs but do not bother with the sandwich counter. $13 for a cold cut roll. This is boars head and old mayo, I don't know why they think they're better than bodega pricing. There's another deli at the other end of the block that's priced to match the product.

Ordered a sandwich from grubhub for $12, and asked that they include the usual salt/pepper Mayo — they charged a $4 upcharge for this after I no longer had the ability to cancel the order. Crooks.

I've passed this place for years and never thought to try it. The seeded hero is a must for the bread choice. They have some options for sandwiches, but for my first time I went with a simple honey turkey and cheese and added salsalito. I got spice ham and cheese for my mom. The sandwiches are more expensive than your average deli but it's well worth it. Boars head only at this spot (at least from what I peeped). Customer service was on point as well.
