Amazing food. Our waitress, Cashmere, was lovely, the decor was charming and the atmosphere was homey and welcoming. total gem of a restaurant. highly recommend!

I just want to tell you about our experience at the Brooklyn Waffle House, myself and a friend went today for the first time, they did not disappoint, we had to call the owner over to our table and let him know how good the food and everything was, and he let us taste the corn bread, ooooohh challlll, we suggested he add waffles and ice cream to the menu, can't wait to go back we had the chicken & waffles the strawberry and blueberry, we will definitely go back with bells on!!

The girl working at the counter behaves so badly. I never knew before. I came here for food. Others made me sit here for an hour to an hour and a half. If it's so slow for food, how will customers come? If it's so slow, we'll never come.

Terrible service. The girl that answered the phone was rude and with attitude and just having personal conversations in the background. When i arrived to pick up the food she said i had the wrong place and demanded i leave and go outside. I was excited to get food from here but the service is so terrible and rude and felt so unwelcomed. I dont even know if she actually even placed my order to begin with.

Delivery took over two hours then the food was cold, chicken over cooked to the point of bering hard. Broccoli looked weathered as if it was sitting out all day. For sure I will never order from then again. Shame on you Brooklyn Soulfood.

Had the pleasure of dining at Brooklyn Waffle House and I had an excellent experience. The food was amazing, hot off the stove just how I like it. I ordered the red velvet waffles and fried chicken with a side of Mac and cheese and I LOVED it! Everything was seasoned to PERFECTION!! I had the rum punch as my choice of drink and let me tell you, do not drive lol, take an Uber and enjoy yourself. The drinks were a creeper but I enjoyed it. The atmosphere is beautiful and the music was a good a mixture of old and new music. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect breakfast, brunch and dinner spot. Visit them, you will not be disappointed. I will be going back very soon, so thank you Brooklyn Waffle House for an amazing experience!
