So I was scared to order given the reviews, I loved this place prior to covid and just moved back to the area. But Im so glad I ignored the reviews, not only did my order come on time but it's exactly how I remember it. Still so good! I got the garlic honey wings and the oxtail empanada. It was pricey but def worth it.
The food was very good I loved the honey bbq wings it’s so good. It’s just the woman that works in the front of the store she is so rude. The fries are so good they are nice and salted. I’ve been going to Brooklyn wing house for 7 years and the prices has been going up crazy. The owner is very nice. People should go here more often for a good experience it’s just the lady. The lady is just always on her phone not paying attention, so can you just check on her. One more...
The young lady in the front has a nasty attitude. She was not inviting at all. It was like she just needed a job. My order was also messed up. I ordered a lunch special with wings and fries and only got wings. I called and was promised a call back from the manager and still no return call.
