I really like this place since they have decent bagels and sandwiches. But they had a new kind of donut- crème brûlée- the donut was delicious!!!! The staff is always helpful and friendly if you have questions. I was very surprised to see they made their own donuts!! Definitely give their donuts a try as they are very tasty!

This is what you expect when you hear of New York bagels! Excellent and tasty bagels in the heart of Brooklyn! I recommend the donuts as well! They are exceptional and delicious! If you are ever in the area, give Brownstone a try!!

Service is at a counter and the staff was very friendly. It's basically a bakery with breakfast service, but with amazing bagels, (and other breakfast sandwich options). The coffee is not fancy, but it's good. We enjoyed our meal outside at the table and chairs provided. We enjoyed several breakfasts there and would return. Recommend!

10am on a Sunday and I was served a cold, dry, and stale bagel that tasted like it was straight out of the refrigerator from yesterday. You should be embarrassed serving this garbage to your customers. Definitely not coming back here. If you want good bagels, keep walking. You won't find them here.
