We ordered the mild and hot wings. The hot wings' sauce was powdery. We assumed someone was accidentally heavy-handed with the dry rub or garlic powder. The mild wings were great. I plan on updating this review after my next visit. The trash was overflowing (falling out of the bin and covering the floor around it) and rather than add to it, we asked the staff for help and couldn't tell if they heard us at all. We wound up bringing our trash with us to a public bin.

Visited Buffalo Boss for dinner before heading home and I had so much excitement, I ordered chicken tenders with some mild sauce…I got home and saw the chicken tenders which looked very dark and crispy so I just wondered what this bite was gonna be like so I picked one up and ate it without the sauce and I’m so sorry but I spat it out because first and foremost it was SUPER DRY and it looked crunchy but it wasn’t(I was tricked!) the consistency was as if they placed the tenders in a microwave and gave it to me and what made it harder to swallow was there was no seasoning at all on this tender I mean it reminded me of tenders I’d heat up from days ago at home! Anyways I got the sauce so I poured it on to the tenders and man oh man that sauce was BUSSIN!! I hate spice but the flavor beat the heat up!!!! BEST sauce I’ve had for tenders in awhile and I wish the tenders were fresh because if it was I’m sure this spot would have become my usual just off of the sauce alone.

I've been to the location several times cause I work in the area and each visit gets worse. No matter if I order my food or pick it up I still wait 30 minutes for my order . Understaffed , Dirty and poor management . I'm still surprised this place is still open and needs to be closed.

I would like to give a kudo's award to Mercedes, I've been ordering the same thing for several months ( 6 / 8 or 12 ) wings, all flats mixed sauce ( honey mustard and mild ) extra blue cheese ?? she has always been professional and prompt with my order ?? even when the store is packed she manages to keep her cool and promptly service the customers ?? I work for the department of Social Services so I know a lot about dealing with the public and I can honestly say that Mercedes is great at she does ????

Visited Buffalo Boss twice, and the wings and chicken were good, but what I want to rave about is the outstanding customer service that I received from Keonna!Keonna was amazing, focused, helpful, pleasant, and more!The store is busy. Very busy! Yet, Keonna manages to treat every customer with precise attention, care, and pleasantries.I hope that this review receives the attention that it deserves. Particularly, as the service industry is suffering from poor and unacceptable customer service.This employee is an excellent index of service and deliverables and should be given all due consideration ?Thank you again, Keonna. May you go from strength to strength!

I think the food was great, I really enjoyed the wings. My only issue with the restaurant is how clean it is. When I went there it was really filthy. The tables were really dirty. Especially the soda machine, and the dirty pile of cup covers and straws to the right that you have to grab and touch yourself instead of like a little dispenser. But once again, the food was still awesome!

Great product but sometimes turnover of food is slow as they only have one person cooking fries and serving food perhaps store is too small or management feels ? like they want to maximize profits by hiring less

I really enjoy my wing combo meal. I was expecting a traditional butter and red-hot sauce so the more sweet medium sauce was a surprise but enjoyable. I wasn't a fan of the pool of sauce the wings came in but it came in handy for dipping fries. The fries were plentiful and good despite being lukewarm by the time I got home. And the Bleu cheese sauce was tasty.
Great wings and plenty of heat. I love spicy food and have a hard time finding a place that makes true “hot” wings with flavor, but this place delivered.

The wings are good but the wait is long so I decided to call for pick up. The worker (8/5/22 @ 8:23pm ) pretended that she could not hear so we tried different numbers/phones and She continued with this charade. I stated that I would report this because you're making the company lose money, she paused long enough to listen and then mimicked the situation and hung up. Headed back to NJ wingless and disheartened !

Wings are good but service is atrocious. I've given them multiple tries but this last time was my final straw. I've encountered rude staff, wrong orders, very unsanitary situations in which they gave me the wrong order I left came back and showed them it was wrong so they just put it on the counter and handed to the next customer. This last time though I decided to call ahead as I knownit takes a while to make. The employee that answered the phone Friday Aug 5 around 823ish was very very rude I called from 1 phone 3 times and each time she pretended she couldn't hear anyone and immediately hung up so I used another phone and she did the same. We finally called back again and said ok now your playing games I'm going to report it. She paused to listen and them made a joke of the situation by talking in slow motion and hung up. So we decided we won't be returning anymore. If our business is not appreciated we can take it elsewhere.

This buffalo wing place is a little whole in the wall , but its one of best. It’s reminds me of puck-you chicken. The homemade blue cheese is amazing. The only reason I’m not rating it a 5 is because they don’t recognize national wing day , which is today. They should honor custom with a discount or free wings. Which Buffalo Wild Wings does and Wing -stop and you guys are way better. Bummer
