Sadly Sunday was their last day at that location so we enjoyed it on Saturday. Thank you for the 20 years of service I guess I will have to go to the gate way mall location now to eat. Appreciate yall.

Omg, I’m so surprised how bad the service is in here. We have been waiting for our server to take all our food out of our table for like an hour or even ask us if we want something else. Our server was Zeriyah, what a rude, unpleasant and unprofessional person. The quickest thing we got during the whole night was the check. By the way, I waited 20 min to be ask if I would like something when I might see 20 workers on the floor hanging out with each other without not caring if somebody wants to order something.

Wings came out cold and was just okay. Mozarella sticks were stale and the cheese was stiff. The onion rings came apart too easily. Nachos were cold. Appreciated our server but felt like things were a bit disorganized. Best thing about our meal was the sauce.

I dine in here, but spend 1 HOUR, the entirely hour waiting for the food, some.simples hamburguers and wings. When i adjed they just respond me: " it's coming!" The most affaul, sad and dissapointment food came in to the table, afuera wsit for an horrible all the food was literally cold, The lafy at the end ask me:" EXCUSE ME MAM' were the TIP?"

The unique chance that a get a decent treatment went from a waitress called Katleen if I'm noh mistaken, this lady went to the table, gibe us sugestions, explanada the menú and she obvoiusly madera a salle introduction, that was a wonderfull experience

They don’t have servers , you will wait 45 mins to even place an order , the least they can do is have a greeter & they don’t even have that
The wings were nice and crispy, the server was very attentive and got us everything in time to make the basketball game.

I had a deeply unsettling experience at Buffalo Wild Wings on January 6, 2025, around 9:35 PM. During my visit, the bartender behaved aggressively and attempted to physically attack me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from staff members who are supposed to create a welcoming and professional environment.
I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the overall handling of the situation. Customers should never have to feel unsafe or threatened by the very people meant to serve them. I sincerely hope the management takes this incident seriously and ensures that appropriate action is taken to prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future.
This experience has completely tarnished my view of this establishment, and I do not feel comfortable returning.
