Don’t ask for delivery from this store , they make you wait more than 40 minutes just for wings

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Buffalo Wild Wings location has gotten ridiculous. Every time I come here, there’s a long wait — it’s only once in a blue moon that we actually get seated and taken care of right away. But this visit was the worst of all.
I waited 35–40 minutes without even getting water, being greeted, or placing any kind of food or drink order. Nothing. The bartender told me he was responsible for the entire front area — about seven tables plus the bar — so I don’t blame him at all. He’s clearly doing everything he can. But there is absolutely no reason one person should be running 10 people by himself AND making all the drinks.
This is a management problem. Whoever is running this location needs to be held accountable because this is unacceptable. If you’re short-staffed and backed up, say that when people walk in so they can decide if they want to stay. Don’t sit customers down and leave them there for almost 40 minutes with zero service and then act like we’re the ones overreacting.
Not once did anyone apologize. It was like they expected me to just get over it. I would never go back to this location again — this is the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time. Something needs to change, because whatever management is doing right now is not working.

My visit to Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had. I went in expecting good food and a relaxing meal, but what I got instead was endless waiting and poor service that ruined my appetite. From the moment I sat down, it felt like the staff didn’t care whether I was there or not. It took forever for anyone to even acknowledge me, and when they finally did, they still took an eternity to bring the menu and take my order.
After waiting so long, I was relieved when a waiter finally came back—only to find out later that they had completely forgotten to place my order. I sat there for what felt like ages, wondering why the food was taking so long, until another staff member admitted that the kitchen hadn’t even received it. It was unbelievable. Instead of apologizing sincerely or offering to make things right, they simply took the order again and walked away as if nothing happened. By then, my patience and hunger had both reached their limit.
Once I placed my order for the second time, the wait continued—what felt like hours just to get my food. I watched other tables that arrived after me get served first, while my table was completely ignored. I even tried to politely get the waiter’s attention several times, but they looked right at me and then turned away as if I wasn’t there. It happened not once, but at least five times. By the time the food finally arrived, I was starving and irritated, with no apology or explanation from the staff.
The experience left me disappointed and angry. A restaurant’s food can be great, but if the service makes customers feel invisible, it’s not worth it. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to seriously improve its customer service and train its staff to treat guests with respect. No one should have to beg to be served at a place that claims to offer a quality dining experience. I left feeling completely unsatisfied—and I definitely won’t be returning.

DO NOT come to this place on Veterans Day. First, it took someone 10 minutes or more to seat us. Two, when I asked for the Veterans Day meal, the waiter rolled his eyes. Food came out fast though. Kitchen was well prepared but the staffing is not.

My elderly mother had a bad experience here, and I’m writing this on her behalf.
She went in alone yesterday. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet she waited almost 30 minutes with no service. One staff member told her that her shift was over and walked off, saying someone else would help her…but no one ever did. Frustrated, my mother left to go to ShopRite next door.
When she got there, she realized she forgot her bag and returned to BWW. Only then did someone acknowledge her and offer to serve her. She stayed, but regretted it because the food was disappointing, and the “mild” wings were so spicy she couldn’t eat them. When she said something, they just told her, “That’s as mild as they come.”.
My mother never complains or writes reviews, so the fact that she called me to say she wanted to write one says a lot. I’m the one who DOES leave reviews, and I’m glad to do so.
Buffalo Wild Wings — do better.
If you’re this understaffed and overwhelmed on a Thursday afternoon when only a sprinkle of customers are actually there…hire more people. Don’t treat paying customers (especially seniors) like they don’t matter.

Worst BWW, I've visited. Service sucked. One girl for almost the entire floor because of short staff. Another girl came on the shift while I sat there for nearly 35 minutes. She got right on her phone scrolling through social media. This place also wasn't worth the food and price for somewhat ok food. I've been to Halal chicken spots, and their chicken is 10 times better.
