Ive been coming here for years and I feel need to edit my previous review The service is really good, food gets prepared fast and the workers are really good (especially the newer Asian dude) but its not as it used to be-the food isnt so consistent anymore, and sometimes when I order on Uber they are missing some items or prepared wrong. But usally the food is really good especially the chocolate croissant and the bagels I hope they fix the few small issues as this is such a good bagel shop

Just terrible customer service and always late on there order
I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and it was my favorite. But in the last 5 years (the food and) the service just went down the train. MULTIPLE messed up orders, happening more and more often, and totally not taking accountability, the cashier and the manager.
The $2 you saved by not fixing my order made you lose a customer. I gave you enough chances.

These bagels are by far the best I've ever had! They also serve an incredible drink called Bunchochino, which is a bit too sweet for me with all the toppings and whipped cream, so I order it without and it's still absolutely delicious. A friend shared a hack– when ordering the cheese melt, ask for the house sauce as the 'ketchup' it's game changing! The owner, Berry, is usually on site and is very courteous.
