Messed up my order on DoorDash then talked me in circles saying it was the Dasher's fault when it was my name on the bag. Didn't offer any help or redelivery or refund. Not nice, and the food was mediocre/seeping through the paper containers when it arrived. Wish you cared more about trying to make it right, Bunna! Phenomenal place! Ver tasty vegan Ethiopian dishes, along with delicious coffee and spicy tea. Wonderful and attentive service. Went for brunch and the live DJ just enhanced the whole experience so much! Highly recommend!

The food was rich and flavorful, the ambience felt warm and authentic, and the service was friendly and attentive. A great spot for anyone trying Ethiopian food for the first time or looking for an authentic Ethiopian experience in Brooklyn.

My mother and I had a lovely dinner at Bunna Cafe. The staff was attentive, kind, and courteous. Every bite of their food was a delight and the wine and tea were also delicious. The lighting and atmosphere were soothing. We were visiting the neighborhood for the day and would love to dine there again if we're in the area.
