If there is a zero star, I would select it for their customer service since it's lousy beyond belief.. very horrible.. screwed up my order because they only have one driver, had my pizza suffocating in the box for over 35 mins causing the crust get all soggy.. I called the restaurant multiple times to to get declined. Smh, never again ordering from them

These guys are advertising cheaper prices for pizza.? )) I ordered large Alfredo pizza and bought a bottle of coke. Paid $ 45. They said pizza will be ready in 15 minutes but they made me wait for it for 55 minutes. It was really upsetting. Otherwise pizza was good. And the atmosphere in this place is great. The working personnel was friendly. I would recommend this place to others but warning you guys about possible longer wait time.

Delicious pizza, unlike other greedy Bensonhurst pizzas (looking at you jojo and da Vinci) it’s still affordable and didn’t raise the price to a crazy level. Very respectful and professional employees. Requested mine crispy with a little extra sauce and got what I wanted. Thank you

It is the second time the delivery came after an hour of ordering. Two different drivers. I always tipped more than 4 dollars. I don't think they deserve it. Google can locate almost any address. Why can't they be accurate?. I ordered a delivery to my place many many times but lately it has been the worst. Management please do something about it, it is not fair to your customers. Everyone that orders delivery get ready to call the pizzeria.

Got the large Broccoli rabe and Sausage pie, it was pretty tasty and good price. Next time wanna try the Roman Stuffed pie. Update: 6/14 Finally ordered the Roman Pie today, and I'm so happy I did! It's so flavorful with sausage, peperoni, potatoes and onions stuffed between 2 crusts with cheese!!! This pizza is so filling and delicious, I will definitely be ordering again!

Absolute and utter greasy garbage. Ordered two pizzas, they were so greasy, we could barely eat them and threw them out. Zeppoles were basic. They sent the mozzarella sticks (which reminded me of the ones from the box) wrapped up in a piece of tin foil, they are limp and sogged out with greasy oil, which you could taste in every bite. Brooklyn used to be known for its pizza. But the standards of quality have really gone down. The bar is on the floor. Wish I could get a refund.

Buonissima pizza is our family favorite. Hands down, no one in the neighborhood can match their taste, quality of ingredients, consistency, and price. They blow the competition out of the water in respect to customer service & professionalism and product vs price. We’ve trusted them for the last 10 years with our family dinners, catered events, and when just in the mood for a quick bite. I commend them for never wavering, and always putting forth, their commitment to satisfying their customers. It has to be one of the best go-to spots in the area! So lucky to have them!
