recently had the misfortune of ordering from Burger Box, and I have to say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The burgers were a huge disappointment, tasting like they came straight from a Costco frozen pack and were merely reheated in an air fryer. It’s baffling to me how a place that specializes in burgers can serve up such lackluster patties. The texture and flavor were uninspired, and the overall quality felt extremely subpar.
The bun was dry, the toppings were scant and uninspired, and the entire meal lacked any semblance of freshness or originality. It seemed like there was no effort put into creating a unique or satisfying burger experience. I’ve had better from a grocery store’s frozen food section.
Given how many great burger places there are out there, I can’t recommend Burger Box based on this experience. If you’re looking for a quality burger, I’d suggest finding a different spot. This place has a lot of room for improvement and, sadly, I won’t be coming back.

I've lived in Brighton Brach for 5 yrs and the food selection sucks..I finally found a decent burger spot! The guy on the phone was very polite and the burger was very good...not a fake patty like most...thanks burger
