Just ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickles and this is what the sandwich is advertised as vs what I got. Needless to say 3 pickles on a sandwich that already is supposed to have pickles is not what I asked for and you barely can taste or see the sauce. I also only got one small piece of chicken that was over cooked. Overall just a disappointing experience.
Burger really just isn’t that good. Weirdly seasoned, meat is pretty bland, wouldn’t describe it as either gourmet or classic diner style. Just… meh. Fries are pretty good
One of the worst experiences at a food place. Food seemed like it was reheated after someone left it there. Highly do not recommend!
This place makes one of the best burgers I have ever tried. Also the fries with bacon are the best.
Really good food and great service
Best burgers in NYC, for real they are the best, actually the best burgers ever made, top flavors, I recommend to order medium rare beef.???
Good food
Best burgers around, get their dynamite mac too!
I have been coming back to Burger, Inc for its chicken sandwich (aka The Rival) once many times. It is the best tasting spicy chicken sandwich that I had with just enough of heat to make it spicy and the topping of pickles and coleslaw complimented chicken perfectly. The Rival is also quite substantial on its own. I also love the side dishes.
French fries were old and hard, burgers were okay

The Rival (Chicken Sandwich) was okay. Definitely not the tastiest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t bad. I may try the burgers next time.
Love 'The Rival', which is their chicken burger. Delicious. It may be better than Chick-fil-A and Shake Shack.
I love these burgers for their simplicity. Yeah pricy, but that's everything in Williamsburg. Delivery quality has been excellent
Over rated and over priced(12$ for a regular burger).I get that we are in a pandemic but the food should be good, no excuse. Burger was greasy, had a good size. The taste was ok, but the special sauce didn't really help the cause. The French fries were probably the worst I have ever tasted. Super bland, even with whatever the stuff they put on it was. Menu is very limited. Service was friendly and decor was nice. But overall I won't be coming back. Not the worst burger I ever had, certainly not the best.
Walked in yesterday to order takeout. No one at the register. Guy in the back saw me and ignored me. Was happy to wait except I noticed the guy handling the food wasn't wearing a mask. I don't need fries with a side of COVID so that's when I left. Unhygienic and extremely careless during a pandemic.
