Ordered 2 bacon burgers a regular cheese burger a side of tots and loaded fries. The sides are Large portions and were great. The Burgers had so much salt in them we all took 2 to 3 bites and couldnt eat any more. All 3 burgers were extremely salty so it wasn't a accident. FOR THE PRICE OF THE BURGERS and the online hype IT WAS A HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT . I would not be eating here again.

Doesn't look like much on the outside but this hole in the wall joint was amazing. We got the Burger Inc with fries and it was a classic solid. The staff heard we were from California and gave us those fried Mac and cheese balls on the house which were amazing. Definitely a 5/5 recommend!!!!

Just ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickles and this is what the sandwich is advertised as vs what I got. Needless to say 3 pickles on a sandwich that already is supposed to have pickles is not what I asked for and you barely can taste or see the sauce. I also only got one small piece of chicken that was over cooked. Overall just a disappointing experience.

Staff was pretty rude. They seemed very unamused with answering any questions - which is fine if the place delivers with really good food. This place did not. The burger was poorly seasoned (and I don't mean poorly seasoned as someone who dips my food in salt, but this burger could of used a tour of any of McCormick's product lines), the fries were bland and crispy (I'll give them that). Also the place seemed overpriced as a gourmet spot ... but then I felt the burgers were standard items you could find at any truck stop joint.

Burger really just isn’t that good. Weirdly seasoned, meat is pretty bland, wouldn’t describe it as either gourmet or classic diner style. Just… meh. Fries are pretty good

Amazing. We got The Don and Burger Inc with the TNT. The bun was soft. The meat was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Tots was crispy and hot. Veggies in the burger were fresh and crisp. Overall great burger joint. Must try!

Food was good, but not great. Perhaps I expected a little more. For the Mac and cheese ball there were some type of a spice in there that I wasn't expecting. The burger was good but just not great I had a bacon burger.

Burger Inc NYC - Brooklyn is located in the hip, commercial heart of Williamsburg on N 5th, right off Bedford. So, it's an easy destination, especially for folk exploring the Williamsburg, to stumble into. If you're a fan of American food served in large portions then Burger Inc is a fine choice. I ordered "The Rival" (spicy fried chicken sandwich with slaw, pickles, and house sauce) for $10 and tater tots for $5, which was so massive in its portions that I was unable to finish the meal in one sitting (looking forward to the leftovers). The food was good but nothing unique. One thing that could've made the sandwich better would've been more "house sauce." The sandwich was advertised as "spicy," but it didn't rattle my constitution. That said, if you have a high spice tolerance then you may find the level of "heat" mild. Service was fast and kind. Staff wore face masks and required customers to do the same. The restaurant also provided complimentary hand sanitizer to customers. Overall, it was a good food experience.

The burgers are absolutely a 5/5 but I've got to go 4/5 for delivery and for the fries. These burgers will be the absolute best you have ever tasted. They are seasoned well and always delicious. And the Mac and cheese bites!! I am fighting my roommate to get the last one they are so so so so good!! Sometimes (not always!!!) fries seem stale so I usually avoid them. I always have issues with delivery but that's not on them!! I just recommend going and picking it up.
