The girl at the grill should be the cashier; her attitude is fantastic. However, the cashier “guy” has a poor attitude, especially toward Latin people.

The food is good, and the prices are reasonable

Security was extremely rude to our group unprovoked. Why would we eat here if the first words spoken to us is that they'll call the cops if if if if

While not very big, the bar area behind the curtain is a great vibe with some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while. I asked for something caffeinated and icy and received a fantastic coffee based cocktail that was so great I just told the bartender to make me whatever he wanted for the second. The lemon - soda - minty cocktail he made next was even better!

The guy who studied in Oregon is a very talented mixologist and I don’t even know what my bill is gonna be yet - im sure it’ll be worth it.

I’m surprised to see the negative reviews here, and glad I didn’t look before I patronized (which I normally do). Alicia, who took my order was great! Nice, personable and made some good suggestions when I was indecisive on what to order. Her and the bartender who was also great, came up with a nice mocktail for me. I enjoyed my chicken sandwich with some add-ins, fries and my drink while listening to some great music just outside at the Thursday backyard series. I visited on the 1st of August.

Very nice burgers done medium rare and very friendly cashier at the counter. Mayonnaise packs were the only flaw since they can’t really open easily ?

I got a bacon cheeseburger with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup and a side of fries.
The burger was good and the fries tasted like
Mc Donald’s fries which I love.
The checkout hostess was super friendly and had a warm energy about her. The order took about 10 mins.

If you’re in the area and need a lunch spot, esp with kids, Industry City might do the trick, but my experience at Burger Joint was underwhelming. I ordered the burger with a fountain soda. Took a while and burger came out well-done instead of medium, which was a shame because the quality of the meat seemed decent. It was served on a small, lackluster bun with a tired piece of lettuce and a lonely slice of tomato. A bit crap all around. Lots of other little place here tho, I’ll know for next time.

They have dine in or take out. They serve liquor and have a little bar area. Add bacon for $2. The price is high for the size of the burgers ($12) and fries (almost $6). For a small dink, it's not worth the price. The fries were good, but the cheese burgers, ok. Service was somewhat fast, and table area was a little dirty. It's located in the industry city. 4 things cost me $57

Let me tell you the burgers here are no joke, that paired with a cocktail, which are also amazing, its the perfect spot because there's something there for everyone if you want to play board games, or watch the game, or sit out side by the fire pit.

TL:DR: Ignore the naysayers! This place is amazing! This was a fantastic experience from top to bottom. Alicia (hoping I'm spelling this correctly) was quick, attentive and very personable. I got a cheeseburger and my friend a hotdog and a cocktail. Both were cooked to perfection and the drink was solid. Definitely worth repeat business. Whatever gripes people had, that is not present anymore at this establishment.
