Grabbed quick bite to eat while passing by, well so I thought. Ended up waiting 15m+ for a fish sandwich and place was empty. Then numerous "transients" hanging outside and inside, wasn't best experience.

The workers are good and respectful BUT they do a sloppy job making the food. Last 2 times my husband and son went there they haven’t put the cheese on the cheeseburger or whoppers and they rush and put the pickle out of the whoppers. GET IT

Restaurants, restaurant employees and customer service like this is the reason why people do not like to eat out. I approached the window to order food at 11:41 PM and an employee, asked me how could she help me and then. Then all of a sudden recording blared through the drive-through speakers saying that they were closed, which was more insulting than anything! This was poor customer service at its best! The best worst customer service ever

They open late every day. Website hours say 7 AM sometimes I get there at 7:30 and they’re not open. On the weekends I believe opening hours are 8 AM. I got there at 8:30 and they weren’t open.Parking: A lot of parking available local stores nearby
Every time I go to this place and walk inside. I am there for 45 minutes just to get one sandwich is ridiculous. They are so slow. The drive-through is faster.Parking: The parking is perfect. It is free is the customer service that is ridiculous and everyone is walking around with a nasty attitude for no reason.

My experience here was a good one. There were mostly young people working here, and they were respectful and professional. I just had to mention that because I've encountered some at other establishments that have caused me to avoid them at all costs. My Impossible burger was hot and tasty, the onion rings were good, and I gave the Sprite to my kids. My order was fulfilled in a timely manner. The cashier was nice. I'd definitely go back when I'm in the neighborhood.
