On line ordered in advance10 minutes, waiting for 30 minutes to get my order. Reason is printer problem. Second time on line ordered in advance 30 minutes, waiting 40 minutes to get my order. Q: If I on line ordered in advance 12 hours, I still have to wait for about 30 minutes to get my order? A: yes.

The customer service is very very very bad, the manager came and yelled at us, the order panel gave the option of eat here ( restaurant ) or to go , My order was to eat here in the restaurant, they charged me for it and when we went to eat the manager yelled at us that that area was closed, there was no sign indicating that they were cleaning, or that the area was closed, and the place closes until 10 pm, it is incomprehensible, it was raining where we were going to eat on the street, on the sidewalk, it seems to me a great lack of respect and courtesy.
They called the police and we did not break the law, the law was broken by the manager when she disrespected us and yelled at us, and the restaurant because they did not have signs saying the area was closed or the area was being cleaned, even so, the eating area closed at 9 pm when the restaurant closes at 10 pm it is unfair it was raining, where were we going to eat outside on the street in the rain or on the sidewalk.
I do not recommend this restaurant, it has very, very bad customer service.
