The worst customer service ever!! Today friday at 11:40 am , the young lady at drive threw need to have a better attitude when dealing with the public! She was very unprofessional and was talking to her fellow coworker with disrespect... burger king needs to give training on how to talk and treat customers..this is the very reason that particular Burger king is always empty.. ITS COST NOTHING TO BE NICE!!

Not so good i got and didnt have all my food in the bag. I called and explained. I was told that they human and that happens. But i have no lunch? horrible customer service from the manager

Drive thru is the best option.

Went there and waited for awhile. No one answered the order speaker at the drive thru until later on and then said to hold on and we went to the window and the person we saw earlier who were waiting at the speaker were still there for about 15 minutes.

I like there burgers and there prices are not that bad so i go there from time to time. The people in there are nice so i will be back soon

Suuuper slow and they run out of items fast. Staff always joking around with each other at the expense of the time of the customer’s food or them ordering. Also drive thru often messes up orders. And found a hair in my sausage there, and was given an opened syrup packet. Only two stars because the King Crossantwich (renamed) ain’t bad.

We waited for 10 minutes for three orders then we had to review our meal because they only gave us one bag only with burgers and Chicken sandwiches in it and they didn't give us fries then they didn't give a ketcup napkins and then she put everything in one bag for 3 different knows like I said with we have to go back and go order and I simply told each bag for each meal and did she forgot to give us the soda horrible service cars was horns was beeping Hospitality poor she was not nice.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been too. This is the 3rd time I didnt get what I asked and paid for even after I asked them to try and get it right. Management is the worst not even willing to replace 1burger from prior order that ended going in the garage due to their error. Don't call them no one will ever pick up the phone. Maybe need to hire responsible adults cause it's all a joke to the workers their.
