The worst customer service ever!! Today friday at 11:40 am , the young lady at drive threw need to have a better attitude when dealing with the public! She was very unprofessional and was talking to her fellow coworker with disrespect... burger king needs to give training on how to talk and treat customers..this is the very reason that particular Burger king is always empty.. ITS COST NOTHING TO BE NICE!!

Not so good i got and didnt have all my food in the bag. I called and explained. I was told that they human and that happens. But i have no lunch? horrible customer service from the manager

This Burger King is super old and has seen better days. The interiors is old and the place needs a total upgrade. Their drive thru has one window and it's quite high for lower sedans so keep that in mind. It also has a tight turn when you go around the building so be careful! Plenty of parking spots though so it may be easier to just head inside. Inside is just as dreary looking as the outside and not very clean. I visited because I had some coupons from my local marketer. The service was decent, cashier was nice. Food was okay, hot and gave no tummy issues later on. The condiment station was not stocked during my visit and for some reason there was a full condiment station table with nothing but paper crowns? Odd but whatever. I assumed it's for the kids. Overall, this place needs some TLC. Inside and out. Needs to be cleaned up inside. Stop by if you like Burger King or have a coupon like I did. But otherwise, pass up if you can head over to McDonalds on Flatlands instead. They just recently renovated.

Went there and waited for awhile. No one answered the order speaker at the drive thru until later on and then said to hold on and we went to the window and the person we saw earlier who were waiting at the speaker were still there for about 15 minutes.

I like there burgers and there prices are not that bad so i go there from time to time. The people in there are nice so i will be back soon

Suuuper slow and they run out of items fast. Staff always joking around with each other at the expense of the time of the customer’s food or them ordering. Also drive thru often messes up orders. And found a hair in my sausage there, and was given an opened syrup packet. Only two stars because the King Crossantwich (renamed) ain’t bad.

We waited for 10 minutes for three orders then we had to review our meal because they only gave us one bag only with burgers and Chicken sandwiches in it and they didn't give us fries then they didn't give a ketcup napkins and then she put everything in one bag for 3 different knows like I said with we have to go back and go order and I simply told each bag for each meal and did she forgot to give us the soda horrible service cars was horns was beeping Hospitality poor she was not nice.
