I LIKE THE Drive through a huge parking lot. I can easily go back out on Utica Ave. Nice friendly workers and good food. We were doing a no meat month at my house and I was hungry and in the area so I stopped in to get myself an impossible burger which I enjoy my only problem is I feel it has shrunk from when it came out to now just like the whopper that has shrunk also from how it was 20 years ago.
Vegetarian options: The Impossible burgers and frys.

My burgers were cold and tasted funny. Fiery burger had a bad tasting sauce on it, it tasted like artificial vinegar hot sauce. You can see the works don't care about service or food.

They should consider doing a MAJOR overhaul to this site. They can hardly hear you in the drive through speaker, the workers tend to have attitude problems, their workers demographics tend to be the same. Hire all people not just one type of people. The place looks run down, old and dirty. The workers uniforms are also dirty and dingy. Just because you work at a fast food restaurant doesn't mean you shouldn't come to work dressed your best. It's despicable. Show some pride.
For a food spot , it's what you expect. It's clean, and service excellent , polite respectful depending on who it is because of change of shift some could be different.

I don't know if it was because the place was dirty and disorganized or the apathy of the staff. I lasted 15 minutes in front of the cash register, there were no customers and they were in front of me talking to each other. I got tired and left the place without saying anything.
