the workers were very nice but the app had different items available than what was on the counter so i couldnt get what i wanted with my coupon. there was good seating options. i didnt get the utensils i requested in the app. the food i got was decent! the royal crispy wrap was... not for me, it came out hot and crispy with yummy toppings but it was hard to eat and the chicken tasted a bit odd to me. the fries were okay, they werent that flavorful and theyre cut too thick. the chicken sandwich was also fine, it didnt taste super fresh to me. the kids burger was.. eh. it lacked toppings. whoppers are better. the drink was ok it was just fruit punch lol. its a shame i couldnt get what i wanted!

I went through the drive through for an order of chicken strips and fries. The fries were room temp along with the strips. They replaced my fries with hard ones 2x. Maybe its the old grease or they are leaving it in there too long. My last fries were hard and brown. There needs to be a retraining on food temps immediately.

Just like any other burger king, you would visit in brooklyn new york. There are seating for both the barrier king and the popeyes, which is connected to the burger king. There is a decent amount of seating but it is shared with the popeyes. After school hours, it gets a bit hectic because there are a lot of school kids that hang out inside. Otherwise, it's a decent burger king and popeye's and have all the things you'd expect from any other burger king in brooklyn.

Never been to a Burger King that charges for extra pickles and then be told every Burger King does. NOT TRUE!!!! Plus, the service was ridiculously slow. Update: I left the above review a while ago with a 3 star rating. Decided to try this restaurant again. Apparently there are new owners who care about their customers. The food was delicious and the service was so much better than last time. Thank you.
