Took my family for lunch and the manager was at the register and took my order. She was rude to begin with. She messed up my order and insisted that it was my fault. She was annoyed that she had to refund me my money and place my order again. The Asian lady took my order and she made a mistake. When I went back to the counter to let them know the manager gave me an attitude and asked for the food back. The Asian lady (who was nice and apologized for making the second mistake) had told me to keep the food, but the manager asked for the food back and threw it in the garbage. The only reason we went was because of the kids. The place was pretty much empty. If you’re going to have an attitude why work with the public.

Management here has their head up their rears. Service is horrible. 24-hour location with dining area until midnight.
I put in a mobile order thru their BK app to pick up ONE ITEM at 10pm. They wouldn't let me into the dining area to pick it up. They made me walk to the drive-thru window around the building and queue up with cars to get my order.
0 stars if possible. No common sense and the worst service I've ever experienced that I was compelled to make this review.
Their drive-thru is not 24 hours unfortunately. I went at around 12 am and they said they were closed. Can not comment on the service or food
