Atmosphere should be in negative stars. This place is filthy. Floors tables counters and especially the kitchen. First visit in a while certainly my last.

Zero-star customer service - the cashier on duty on 01-10-2024 ~6pm had a terrible attitude. I was on line to place an order behind three people. An Asian lady at the front had language difficulty and got no service at all from this guy. When a gentleman behind her tried to help, the cashier yelled and stopped him - saying no interpretation allows!! He told the lady to leave if she’s not placing an order!! Does BK train their staff properly?? This guy doesn’t even know how to serve his customers. This is absolutely not acceptable!! Left with no order - would never give businesses to to this guy! He deserves what’s in the pic.

Disgusting. First, the food was dry and hard as if it’s been sitting there. Second, the costumer service is just horrible. One person in particular is rude to customers and likes to make statements / remarks that we are incapable of speaking proper English. I’m not sure if it’s a racist thing or not but buddy needs to get his attitude in order before I hurt his feelings. Sorry, not sorry?Upper management needs to get this place in order.
