This place was sad very dirty and 1 guy was fighting with a client over the employee not wanting to give him a large Frie, and that client had a coupon for a large frie ?? my food was old and bad. At 9:30 today. I should have known when a store is full of angry men. The care is not there. My wrap was so bad I'm calling the health department. My stomach hurts I had to take half of the chicken off because it was hard as a rock smh

waited 18 minutes for my order while 4 employees sorted things out the vending machine is always empty, you can't choose the one you want
Guys were REALLY friendly.Even though it was still morning and breakfast menu was being served, they made us a couple of super duper tasty burgers, Whoppers. It took a bit longer, but they were freash and smelled like they were cooked on the open fire.Hit the spot.

Terrible service. I can't blame them because this is not the first time I order from them. I blame myself for subsequent orders. But if there is some sort of top management of burger kings, this one on Neptune Ave, Brooklyn, is particularly awful. They don't care about orders and always get them completely wrong, while delivering soggy, undercooked food.

I've given these guys a chance. 99% of the time, the order comes in wrong. I went there personally and stood over them and they still made a mistake that I had to fix because I was present.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a bundle meal thru uber eats and the driver who was delivering the food was nice enough to call me and let me know that the beverages I ordered they didn't have which was sprite and almost every other option I chose they ran out of as well and only had about 3 or 4 options. They didn't give me 2 orders of French fries with my order which was included in the meal and bundle meal. They didn't give me the honey mustard sauces that was included in the bundle meal. They didn't give any napkins which should have been with my order. Very horrible service by the store. I guess I'm better ordering from McDonald's.
