I ordered delivery from there a few times. Most of them were okay but the last one was terrible.I ordered four meals with almost everything extra.THERE WERE NO EXTRAS AT ALL. They didn’t put the dipping sauces which were payed, they put drinks which I didn’t order, everything was like not even cooked. Just lost my money! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ENYONE AT ALL!!!!!

I went there with my son after school. This place is horrible. When I walked in, I stood there for 6 minutes before I asked is anyone going to take my order. The Moron behind the counter told me to give him another 5 to 10 minutes. At that point I just walked out. Say the f--k away from this place.

My large drink was missing from my mobile order and I was given a plastic 24oz bolla cup instead, the bk small is 20 oz btw. The BK employees directed me to talk with Taloin, the bolla cashier. He claimed it was the same size. He told me he didnt understand and to cancel my order on the app and reorder. He also said the manager was not present. Horrible experience, thank God the app's support fixed the problem immediately.
Every time I use a delivery service, all my ordered food is never delivered. I lose money! I pay money and my order does not arrive, there are always two or in many cases three products missing. Who will compensate me for the loss? This is already happening systematically!

Received cold burgers, and the employee put new lettuce over old lettuce, and it got mixed with the old. I asked him why he did not throw out the old lettuce first before putting in fresh lettuce. And the restroom smelled like urine. It's really bad. Restroom floor all wet. The employee there was very slow preparing the food. I even had a long line formed behind me because of how slow he was going. The other employee disappeared to the back as soon as it got busy.

I'll give it 5* for what it is. It's built inside a gas station. After ordering on my phone I did wait an extra 10-15 minutes at the location because my meal wasn't completed yet. After all it's a gas station, and there were only two workers that run the cashier and kitchen. The cashier and kitchen setup was all in the front, similar to a deli. Food that requires prepping can be view thru a glass window. The only thing I wasn't too fond of was that the guy who was prepping my burgers stopped midway to run the cashier. Overall, place was clean.
