Tactically placed Burger King inside the FT. Hamilton Base ExchangePrices here are noticeably cheaper than other Burger Kings, and because of the entry requirements to enter the base, seating and parking here is fairly abundantThey have a beverage machine with a fairly wide variety of soft drinks, including and especially HI-C Orange Lavaburst
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entrance

Bay Ridge, closed to restaurants and shopping! Review of Holiday Inn Express Building 107 On Fort Hamilton Reviewed 3 days ago My spouse is a veteran retiree and we stayed for 3 nights. When I made the reservations, I was told that we would have to move rooms on two consecutive nights, which I found ridiculous and unacceptable. Then, at check-in, I was told that the only room available was with a kitchenette that cost more than $10 more than my reserved room. We ended up moving on Thursday, a day before checkout, to a very similar room (with a kitchenette). Why moved us then?! There was only one staff on duty to cover the front desk and any calls to troubleshoot any issues in the room. Not good. We had issues with the coffeemaker and she came to fix it but was in a hurry to go back down to the front desk and cut me off asking questions. The new staff at front desk on Thursday ASKED us if we wanted to stay on the same floor. What? Sure, we want to move our stuff going up and down the elevator to our new room. In all, we should have been allowed to stay in the same room, we should have been offered the same floor for our new room without us asking, and I ended up paying more than what I budgeted for the trip. We got the feeling that they’ve inexperienced staff handling decisions to make the customer feel important and valuable. I was annoyed and frustrated by the whole experience. The positive things: the hotel offers a substantial complimentary breakfast with omelette, sausages, bagels and pastries, fruit juices, yogurts, and different kinds of cereals. It has a mini market next to the elevator. You must have a military ID to enter the base and hotel. It’s walking distance to the subway station- the ‘R’ train to the city - but the hotel offers free shuttle service to the subway station. The area is Bay Ridge, safe to walk, and it’s full of well-known retail stores by 84th Street. There’s a Dunkin/Baskin on 92 that closes at 9 (It used to be open 24hrs) and The Coffee Club Diner on 95th and 4th, which is real good. ADDENDUM: the last two days of our stay, we dealt with Eureka, the epitome of professionalism, customer care and business acumen. You’re an asset to the company and do hope they know and recognize that.
Service is slow and fries were cold even though they were apparently a fresh batch. Ordered the Mexican chicken sandwich and it was eh to say the least. There was no veggies (lettuce or tomato) and the queso was more salt than spice. All in all not a enjoyable meal!
Stores says it opens at 7am it is now 7:15m and the employee inside is just walking back and forth looking and not even acknowledging anyone at least say something very rude
Worst burgers ever
Excellent location. Not the Taj Mahal but for its intended audience - military and veterans, it is an option well deserved of praise. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent views of the Narrows, small installation with a wonderful history. Grew up on Staten Island so was close to SI and Manhattan for my visit. PS13, St Peter's HS and SJU were all close as was NYU in Manhattan. Had a great stay!
This is on an army base and you can’t get to it if you aren’t in the military.

Eureka of IHG Fort Hamilton Brooklyn, NY has provided my family and me with great service on our recent visit. After a long drive from Moseley, VA her attitude and welcoming personality have made this trip pleasant and memorable.
The slowest poorly managed place ever. Fast food? Nooooo slow food. I missed my whole break waiting for food. Y’all need to do better. How you doing door dash, Uber, drive through and inside orders with two people ?
Slow service every time. Sometimes there is only one person working the kitchen and no one working the front cashier, so the line grows and people usually get frustrated and walk out before ordering. There is no order structure. People will get their food before others and some like myself will wait for a soda cup from the cashier to complete my order, while I stand forgotten by the side and other patrons are receiving their orders who ordered after me.I was told by the cashier that this store can not accept the Burger King mobile app deals, which I am a member of and like to use.In addition, the food quality is poor. I remember ordering nuggets and it was a bit soggy. It’s a shame that the quality and consistency of this store is not exceptional considering how exclusive this Burger King is.
Rude. “Closed” 15+mins before closing because they didn’t want to serve the people in line.
No salad, cold nuggets1 napkin?
