Ordered the Oreo sundae ice cream They said ran out Didn’t give me any other option and just stand there expecting me to walk away I had to ask then what are the options They offered soda or cookies I took cookies then wanted to change my mind and ask for hershey sundae pie instead They want me to pay extra one dollar while the price difference is 20 cents I said no I understand that they are busy I wait until they reach out to me But what I get in return is bad service

I’ve had two very unpleasant experiences at this location, both involving the same Indian manager. The first time I came to pick up my order, he spoke to me with visible impatience and told me to “ stand aside if you pick up” in a very rude tone, as if I was in his way.
Today was the second time I encountered him, and it was even worse. He only called my name once — without calling the order number — and he didn’t even pronounce it clearly. When I later asked about my order by number, he looked at me with contempt and said, “I already called it. You don’t know your name?” That level of arrogance is completely unacceptable.
I can understand the rush during lunch hours — I waited 10 minutes without complaining — but being blamed because he couldn’t communicate properly is ridiculous. To make things worse, he even got my order wrong and gave me only 8 chicken fries instead of 12.
The other staff members here are nice, but this manager alone is enough to make me stop coming back to this location. If this is the kind of attitude they allow in management, it says a lot about how little they care about customers.

I would give this place minus 5 stars if I could. It is freezing cold every time I come with my family. I asked to speak to the manager (10/28/22) and she said people complain that it’s too warm so she Doesn’t keep the heat on. I never heard of Anything so ridiculous in my life, my hands were ice cold. There are infants and children in this place and it’s so cold people cannot unzipper their jackets.
I won’t be returning to this place again And will my give business elsewhere.
