I ordered a double whopper. Now being American, I grew up with cheese being an essential in a burger. I didn't expect a slice of cheese to cost $1.09 extra on a $17.89 dollar burger!!!!
The manager explained it kindly accepted my pocket change and I happily ate my burger with the slice of cheese on it in a very calm empty seating on the second level.

Charged me for 4 burgers only got 3 made me purchase the one I didn’t get again, pinned it all on me and they don’t give receipts so it was my word against theirs, rude people working and overall not a good experience

Worst Burger king ever!!!!! I paid online for my order I get there the manager said they can't see orders because the website is down im still showing them my order they cant help with refund they can't make my order
I then order again with cash they didn't have any paper receipt they lost my order now im telling them for refund now they want to give me my food after 8 mins horrible

Girl working up front who clearly wasn’t a relative of management actually was very nice courteous but the food the mob in the back made was so cold I had to ask to have my sandwich microwaved and then after paying for cold food they wouldn’t give me ice without charging. You can find cheap cold food anywhere.

Free everywhere else, these bros charged me $1.30 for extra pickles. After charging me they didn’t add ANY.

When I showed them, bro came back with exactly two pickle slices for two burgers. Like he was passing me diamonds.

Got a refund. Probably depressed them the whole day because they had to give me a dollar back, so cheap.

They really don’t care about their customers, and it shows.

I can't believe I'm that guy giving a fast food spot a 1 star rating.

I got a combo, it was good. I hadn't had fast food in months.

Before leaving I asked for a refill and then met a wall of absurdity.

"No system to do refills"

It is syrup from a bag. I just got a coke, just give people refills or charge for it.

Super weird hill to die on.
