Love this Burger King and u can enter through Broadway next to the Macys and sunglass hut entrance or by the subway stairs is other entranceššš This location is amazing and they also have Cinnabon also same place and same workersššš The bathroom is good just sucks anybody can go in while u there but other than that no issues and Love it and always come here since the one on 7th and 36th closed few years ago so only have this oneš¤š¤š¤ Workers are amazing though and food is decent

Horrible customer service, I went to pick up my breakfast and the Indian lady itās so rude and nasty, she didnāt even read and she was telling me this is not the order that NOBODY is gonna give me food without the proof, she was acting like I went over there to steal, I was showing her the proof but the rude lady didnāt even wanted to read, she didnāt wanted to bother herself reading, but guess what? She had the order in her hands she just wanted to be nasty, I work around the area but I would never ever going to buy food again on this place.

The Texas Double Whopper was bland and the onion rings seemed old and soggy. The employees were friendly, but every time I go here they are always being yelled at and abused by awful customers. At least there is a spacious upstairs dining area that is always empty and quiet.

They put RAW onions in burgers at Burger King. Theyāre very well priced though. Tried a couple things and they were alright. Itās not very clean and feels kinda unsafe. Iāve seen some nasty things about this chain on social media. I hope itās not true about this location.

I got a fiery wrap meal, they forgot my fries. They also forgot the napkins, and 2 out of the 3 burgers, they also forgot my oreo milkshake, and they also forgot a straw, and the fries was also raw. Never go here.

The workers have a bad attitude not a good service
I ordered a double whopper. Now being American, I grew up with cheese being an essential in a burger. I didn't expect a slice of cheese to cost $1.09 extra on a $17.89 dollar burger!!!! The manager explained it kindly accepted my pocket change and I happily ate my burger with the slice of cheese on it in a very calm empty seating on the second level.

I paid online for my order I get there the manager said they can't see orders because the website is down im still showing them my order they cant help with refund they can't make my order I then order again with cash they didn't have any paper receipt they lost my order now im telling them for refund now they want to give me my food after 8 mins horrible

Girl working up front who clearly wasnāt a relative of management actually was very nice courteous but the food the mob in the back made was so cold I had to ask to have my sandwich microwaved and then after paying for cold food they wouldnāt give me ice without charging. You can find cheap cold food anywhere.
